I had my first session of cupping yesterday with Chay, I was nervous at first as I didn’t know what to expect or how painful it may be. But after speaking with Chay she reassured me that it will all be fine and the process is not painful. I have been suffering with neck, shoulder and back pain for a few weeks now, one session with Chay and I instantly felt a relief, my muscles felt less tight and I had the best nights sleep in a very long time. The whole process was so calming and soothing, it really benefited me overall. I have booked another session with Chay and I am really looking forward to it 🙂
